117 Apartments submitted for planning - summer 2022
Working with Merchant Place and Rokeby to create a new quarter at the southern end of the dock area in Gloucester. Creating a new entrance to the area and re-creating the warehouses and kilns as a vibrant place to live.
The design development involved intensive work with heritage partners and the Gloucester Design Panel in order to strike a balance between the retention of the historic but fragile fabric and creating a modern and appropriate place fit for 21st cenury living.
